Spokes (for Bike Mechanics)

Spokes (for Bike Mechanics) is intended for bicycle wheel builders.

This app calculates the spoke lengths required for a specific combination of hub, rim and build configuration. Bike mechanics and wheel builders can use this app to easily determine spoke lengths when building new wheels or when repairing existing wheels

Rim specifications included are from the following manufacturers: American Classic, Campagnolo, DT Swiss, ENVE, HED, Mavic, NOX, Ritchey, Stans, Velocity, WTB and Zipp.

Hub specifications included are from the following manufacturers: American Classic, Chris King, DT Swiss, Industry Nine, Paul Components, Powertap, SRAM, White Industries and Zipp. Specifications for Campagnolo and Shimano hubs are currently not included.

Custom rim and hub specifications can be added for parts not included with the app.

The equation for calculating spoke lengths is from The Bicycle Wheel, 3rd Edition by Jobst Brandt.
